Stuart D. Gavzy - Attorney at Law

I have been helping people overcome financial difficulties for thirty years. I built a law practice in New Jersey which enabled thousands of people to get a fresh start and essentially push “re set” on their financial lives. I bring the same skills and caring approach to the practice of law now in Arizona.

For several years I served as the Assistant United States Trustee for the District of New Jersey in which capacity I oversaw every bankruptcy case filed in New Jersey. This allowed me to see just how crippling overwhelming debt can be and has motivated me to help people overcome these problems.
